OUR STORY
Founded in 2018 by Cody Okonski, Millington began as a recording project with the mission of bringing a modern sheen to a genre (Ska/Rock-With Horns/Horn-Fueled Pop-Punk) that was largely left behind by big budget labels. With the success of Millington’s early releases such as Cold In The City and University, it became time to put together a live band.
During the pandemic, while live performances halted, the band continued to work on producing new music. 2020 saw the release of their defining EP, Beatdown Generation. And followed up by true Brass Emo energy with the EP, Welcome Home in 2023.

The band played NYC’s Governors Ball festival 2022, Furnace Fest 2025, and frequently tours. With its signature, self-proclaimed “Brass Emo” sound, the 6 member, horn section charged band brings high energy performances to both studio recordings and the live shows.

The band's latest release of the EP "Better Safe and Sorry" perfectly encapsulates a summer vibe with a mix between ska, pop punk and easy-core elements.
